Four mates, ten sports, one invite

Hi! I am an active person who loves staying active. I play chess and football, and I also run and work out at the gym. My greatest achievements include being one of the best chess players in Sweden and the top Lichess player in the country. I have won the Swedish Championship seven times in a row (born in 2008) and represented Sweden in international tournaments such as the World, European, and Nordic Championships. Over the years I have played for Norrtulls, Djurgården, Vasalund and Reymersholm, as well as NIU at SIG.

I have always had a keen interest in exercise and sports. I have played fotboll in Stigtomta, Nyköping and Lidingö, and I really enjoy running, working out, and staying active. To me, exercise isn't just about physical improvement, it’s also about the sense of community and the people you meet through sports. That is how MoveMates came about. An idea that combines physical activity with the opportunity to meet new people and form new friendships.

Hey, I'm someone who loves to train. Ever since I learned to walk, sports have always been a big part of my life, and I've been primarily active in tennis and squash. I've competed in several national championships in both sports, and my biggest achievement is winning the Swedish Junior Championships (JSM) in squash in 2021, as well as representing Sweden at the European Championships in squash in 2022.

I am a dedicated Muay Thai fighter and coach with a strong passion for sports, training, and personal development. Alongside competing in Muay Thai, I coach children in a competition focused training group, which has taught me a lot about leadership, communication, responsibility, and teamwork. Outside of Muay Thai, I enjoy going to the gym and running, as well as playing football occasionally. I am motivated by challenges and always try to improve, both individually and as part of a team. Through MoveMates UF, I want to combine my experience in sports with my creativity and contribute with energy, commitment, and a strong team spirit.
